All prices are listed in RWF. Payments are processed securely through third-party providers. We do not store credit card details. Prices may change at any time without notice, but confirmed orders will not be affected.

Once an order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation. We ship locally and internationally using trusted courier services. Shipping times and costs vary depending on location. Estimated delivery times are provided but not guaranteed. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees.

Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or returns. The only exception is if the product you receive is different from what you actually ordered. In that specific situation, we will process a refund for you.
